write-ups of those I have interviewed

I remember the first time I walked past ‘The Good Copy’ on Johnston St in Collingwood, Melbourne. I knew there was something interesting and different about the space and it pricked my curiosity so much that I had to go in for a look.
I walked out with a wry smile and without talking to anybody, thinking that I have no idea what I was just inside of. But it was fascinating and unique and cool.
Jirra Lulla Harvey: Aboriginal Entrepreneurs and Disrupting Australian (mono)Culture - SDMEL03
I talk with Jirra Lulla Harvey about the emerging wave of Aboriginal entrepreneurs, and how this is subtly and profoundly bringing about a change in the race conversation within Australia, as well as improving the wellbeing of all Australians.
Jirra owns and runs Kalinya Communications, a marketing and communications agency focused on sharing diverse images and stories of Aboriginal identity in an effort to counterbalance the often negative media representation of Indigenous affairs. After a long history in the arts, including a stint at the National Gallery of Australia, Jirra started working with the next generation of Aboriginal entrepreneurs.
